Emergency service when you need it. Honest installs when you’re ready.
To keep your home comfortable all year long with honest, expert heating and cooling services you can trust.
What we do

Furnace, boiler and heat pump installation, repair and seasonal tune ups.

Central air installation, repair and pre-season coil cleaning.

Independent heating and cooling zones for rooms your ductwork does not reach.

Whole house air purifiers, UV germicidal lights, humidifiers and dehumidifiers.

Airflow balancing, duct leak sealing and custom air distribution repairs.

Installation and programming of wifi and smart thermostats.
Stay ahead of it
One agreement that covers both sides of your system for the year. We check the heating before the cold and the cooling before the heat, so problems turn up during a scheduled visit instead of on the coldest night of the year.

Work with our team to figure out what date and time fits best.
You get walked through every line item before the job starts. We don’t like surprises and nor should you.
Our team works around your schedule to get the job done and we don’t leave until you are happy with the work you paid for.

Questions
It depends on the day. The first hard freeze and the first heatwave are the busiest days of our year, and we would rather give you a real window than a promise we cannot keep. Book online and we will come back to you with an honest time, or call if you have no heat or no cooling right now.
Yes. We service and repair whatever is already in your home, whoever put it there, and we will tell you plainly what shape it is in rather than using the visit to sell you a new one.
Before anything starts. You get walked through every line item, and nothing gets added on site without your say so. Book now and the quote comes out of what we actually find, not out of a price list written before we saw your system.
Age on its own is a poor guide. What decides it is the refrigerant your system runs on, whether the failure is inside the sealed system, how often it has needed attention, and how long you are staying in the house. We give you both options and the reasoning, not just a recommendation.
Two very different things, and the wrong one is expensive. If the room has registers that are moving air, the ducted system may simply be out of balance, which is cheaper to correct than adding equipment. If the ductwork does not reach it at all, a mini split is the answer.
Often it is humidity rather than temperature, and the fix is different in winter and summer. A house can sit at 72 degrees and feel raw in January and heavy in July, and an oversized system makes the summer version worse rather than better.
Tune up is not a defined term, which is why the same service is quoted at wildly different prices. Ours is a combustion check with real readings, the heat exchanger, the flame sensor, static pressure, the blower wheel, the condensate drain and a full cycle test from cold. Ask any company what is on their list before you compare.
Equipment fails on the day it is asked to work hardest, and a plan is an attempt to find the marginal part in the shoulder season instead. It does not prevent every breakdown, and anything that says otherwise is overselling. What it changes is the proportion.
Usually, but check the wiring first. Most need a common wire for continuous power and plenty of older homes do not have one run to the thermostat. Heat pumps, multi stage and zoned systems have their own requirements a general purpose model may not meet.
